How to Set Up Work in Your edna Pulse Account

Step 1. Connect a Channel to Send Broadcasts

1. Go to the Settings → Channels section of your personal edna Pulse account.

2. Click Add channel and select the required channel: WhatsApp, Viber.

3. Depending on the selected channel, follow the instructions:

Once you have successfully registered with the provider, you will receive a notification that the channel is ready for use.

Step 2. Add Broadcast Audience

1. Go to the Audience section of your personal edna Pulse account.

2. Click Add to database and select one of the following options: Add client or Add list.

Step 3. Create and Register a Message Template

1. Go to the Settings → Templates section of your edna Pulse account.

2. Click Add template and select the required channel: WhatsApp, Viber.

3. Depending on the selected channel, follow the instructions for creating a template of the required type:

Operator templates created in edna Pulse should be registered with providers. Once registered, templates cannot be modified.

Step 4. Create a Cascade to Send Messages Sequentially

1. Go to the Settings → Cascades section of your edna Pulse account.

2. Learn how cascades work in edna Pulse.

3. Follow the instructions to create a cascade.

Step 5. Create and Send a Broadcast

1. Go to the Broadcasts section of your edna Pulse account.

2. Follow the instructions to create and send a broadcast.

3. If necessary, check the broadcast results.

Step 6. View a Report on Messages

1. Go to the Analytics→ Messages section of your personal edna Pulse account.

2. View message analysis.
