Active Licenses and Channels

A license provides the customer with the opportunity to use the services that the contractor provides with using the system.

A license for the system with the WhatsApp functionality is provided and paid by the customer for each account

How to Review Licenses​

To review your licenses, open the Profile → Company profile section and go to the License tab.

For each of the licenses, the following information is available:

  • name;
  • status; 
  • validity period; 
  • available channels;
  • active signatures for the channels.
