How to Manage edna Pulse Account Users
Go to the Profile → Company profile → Users section of your edna Pulse account:
- Add a new user
- Block a user
Available to all active users of the account with the User or Basic user role.

Click Add.

Enter the user's name and unique email address.

Select the user role from the drop-down list:

User — grant the user standard access rights;

Basic user — grant the user limited rights.

Create a link to log in to the edna Pulse account:
- If you are not the account owner, click Create login link.
- If you are the account owner, click Create link in account → Create login link → Create.

Copy the link and send it to the user.
infoThe link is valid for 24 hours after its creation.
After clicking on the link, the user will be asked to set a password to log in and complete a short welcome form.
Available only to the account owner, a user with the Owner role.
- In the user's status bar Active or Invitation sent click on the icon .
- Click Lock.
After being blocked, a user will not be able to log into their edna Pulse account, and their status will change to Blocked.
Adding a new user with the same email address as the blocked user is not available.
To unblock a user, contact edna support.
User roles
- Owner — te owner of edna Pulse account.
- User — a user with standard access rights to the account.
- Basic user — a user with limited access rights to the account.
User statuses
- Active — a user with active access to their account.
- Invitation sent — the account owner added a user without creating a login link.
- Blocked — a user with blocked access to their account.
