How to Manage edna Pulse Account Users

Go to the ProfileCompany profileUsers section of your edna Pulse account:

Available to all active users of the account with the User or Basic user role.

  1. Click Add.

  2. Enter the user's name and unique email address.

  3. Select the user role from the drop-down list:

  4. Create a link to log in to the edna Pulse account:

    • If you are not the account owner, click Create login link.
    • If you are the account owner, click Create link in accountCreate login linkCreate.
  5. Copy the link and send it to the user.

    The link is valid for 24 hours after its creation.

After clicking on the link, the user will be asked to set a password to log in and complete a short welcome form.

User roles

  • Owner — te owner of edna Pulse account.
  • User — a user with standard access rights to the account.
  • Basic user — a user with limited access rights to the account.

User statuses

  • Active — a user with active access to their account.
  • Invitation sent — the account owner added a user without creating a login link.
  • Blocked — a user with blocked access to their account.
