• Added a feedback widget, available on all pages of your edna Pulse personal account.

  Now you can easily share ideas and suggestions for improving the product, as well as describe complex or unclear areas in the interface and processes. All messages are sent to the edna Pulse product team.

• Added the ability to receive the last outgoing message sent to the recipient within the last 14 days to the webhook for receiving incoming messages.

  This helps you immediately understand which message the recipient replied to, without having to request the message history.

  What has changed:

  • The webhook may return a lastMessage object with information about the last outgoing message;
  • If there have been no outgoing messages in the last 14 days, the lastMessage object is not transmitted.

  If you want to receive the latest outgoing message in the webhook, update the integration to process new parameters and contact edna support.

• Updated the Generate invoice top-up balance method. This method is no longer available to customers from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Georgia.
