Expanded capabilities of the Dialogs section

Now, in your edna Pulse personal account, you can:

• Filter dialogs by the All dialogs and Awaiting reply tabs.
• Manually change a conversation’s status to Replied or Awaiting reply.
• Search for recipients by full name, phone number, or messenger ID.
• Create a new recipient directly from the conversations page.
• Create a new conversation with a recipient in the selected channel.

Agents account​

Added referral links for clients in the Agent account — now you can speed up the client registration process by sending them a referral link for self-registration.

Added full support for WhatsApp's new recipient identifiers—BSUID, Parent BSUID, and Username.

Added dialogues for communicating with recipients in your edna Pulse account. New customers can now also register for edna Pulse on their own.

Connect your existing WhatsApp Business account to edna Pulse via WhatsApp Coexistence to work with one phone number in both the WhatsApp Business App and edna Pulse simultaneously — your message history will be synchronized automatically.
