How to Add a Client Contact

Create a Contact Form

  1. Go to the My clients section and click Add contact.
  2. Enter the name of the client's company.
  3. Enter the company's contact person.
  4. (Optional) Specify the company's email address and add a comment.
  5. Click Create.

Wait for the Form to be Processed

The edna manager will receive a notification about the creation of a new contact.

tip

When the manager contacts the client, selects commercial terms for them, and completes the form, the contact status in your edna Pulse personal account will change to Lead.
