• Company name: your company's legal entity.

• TIN: taxpayer identification number.

  If you want to change the specified TIN, send a request to edna support.

• Agent’s authorized signatory: full name of the responsible person.

• Signing authority basis: type of document on the basis of which the signatory acts.

  For the bases Power of attorney, Order, and Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, the number and date must also be specified.

• Tax rate: the VAT rate that your company applies for services rendered in accordance with tax legislation.

Contract details

• Contract type: the type of agreement concluded with edna.

• Contract number: the number of the agreement document.

• Date of contract: date of conclusion of the agreement.

• Reporting period: interval according to the terms of the contract, at the end of which edna pays reward for services rendered.

• Agent commission rate: commission percentage according to the terms of the contract, which is applied when calculating your reward.

  Reward is paid at the end of each reporting period.

How to Change Company Data

1. Go to the Company profile section and click Edit details in the Company details block.
2. (Optional) Change or specify the necessary parameters, except for the TIN.
3. Click Save changes.
