Added dialogues for communicating with recipients in your edna Pulse account. New customers can now also register for edna Pulse on their own.

Added a new section to your edna Pulse account — Dialogues. It allows you to correspond with recipients and view your conversation history all in one place.

Features and benefits:

  • A dialogue with a recipient is created automatically after you receive your first message from them.
  • A list of all dialogues is available, with quick access to the desired conversation.
  • The dialogue card displays the message history and a field for sending new messages.
  • You can edit the recipient’s profile and return to the conversation from the dialogue.
tip

All messages with the recipient are now gathered in one place, enabling you to respond to inquiries more quickly, view the conversation history and work with the client without having to switch between different tools.

Self-registration in edna Pulse​

Getting started with edna Pulse is now easier than ever — new users can register independently without needing a manager’s assistance.

After registering, users will receive:

  • a step-by-step checklist for getting started;
  • recommendations for connecting their first channels;
  • resources to help them learn the basic features of edna Pulse.
