Balance is an internal company account with funds available for paying for licenses and services through your edna Pulse account. It is displayed in two sections of your account: Home and Profile → Company Profile.
For continuous operation, the balance should remain positive.

The use of your edna Pulse account with channel connection is provided under license.
To purchase additional licenses or expand the capabilities of active licenses, contact your edna personal manager or send a request to edna support.
Possible types of licenses for using edna Pulse:
- WhatsApp— WhatsApp Business API for connecting the WhatsApp channel.
- Viber— Viber Business Manager for connecting the Viber channel.

License Payment Procedure
The license fee is automatically deducted from your balance. The payment event occurs:
- At the moment of license activation in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
- At the moment of license renewal on the first day of each month.
The license is renewed automatically. If you do not want to renew the license for the next month, notify your personal manager no later than 10 days before the start of the month.
If, one month after the late cancellation of an unpaid license, you want to use it again, you should pay for two months:
- for the month in which the license cancellation notice period was violated;
- for the following month.
If you have a negative balance, license renewals and broadcasts are not available.
In addition to licenses, paid services are provided when using yout edna Pulse account. The list of paid services includes:
- Routing of different types of messages — marketing, service, authorization.
- Viber Business Manager traffic.
- WhatsApp Business API traffic — fee for template messages.
- Subscription fee for using signatures.
- Minimum payment for sending Viber messages.
Service Payment Procedure
The fee for services is automatically debited from your balance after you pay for your licenses.

Maintain a positive balance and top it up in a timely manner to continuously use all the features of edna Pulse. The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the method used to top up your balance.
How to Top Up Your Account BalancewarningIf your balance is less than or equal to zero, your use of edna Pulse may be suspended. Before suspension, we will send a notification to the email address specified in your payment account about the need to top up your balance.

How to Obtain a Statement of Funds Credited and Debited from Your Account Balance
Negative Balance
The maximum period for repaying the debt on the balance is 60 days.
If the debt is not repaid within 60 days, access to your edna Pulse account will be blocked. After blocking, all data from your account will be deleted without the possibility of recovery, including broadcasts, analytical reports, message templates, and other materials.
