How to Track Upcoming Debits from Your Account Balance

Last updated: 27 January 2026
  1. Go to the detailed information about upcoming debits in one of two ways:

    • In the Home section, click See more.

    • Go to the ProfileCompany profilePaymentBalance replenishment tab.

      info

The Upcoming fees section shows the approximate amount that will be debited next month. The exact amount will only be known after the end of the reporting financial month — it depends on the variable part of the license and other non-fixed payments.

      tip

Detailed documents on the expenditure of balance funds are available on the Account statement tab.

  2. Review the table of upcoming debits — dates, payment deadlines, payment types, and amounts.

    info

The Payment type column lists all mandatory payments, such as renewal and activation of edna Pulse licenses with channel connections, and subscription fees for using signatures.

  3. Make sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the payments on the specified dates.

    warning

If, on the date specified in the Payment date column, there are insufficient funds in your balance for the debit, your license will be blocked, and you will not be able to send messages on the channel.

  4. Top up your balance so that it remains positive after the mandatory debits.
