How Partners Can Connect a WhatsApp Channel for Customers

  1. Go to the Каналы section in your edna Pulse account.

  2. Click Add channel and select WhatsApp for customer.

  3. Specify internal channel name to be displayed in the channel list of edna Pulse.

  4. Select one of the available tariffs for the channel from the drop-down list.

    Click Your available tariffs to open the License and pricing tab in a new window and review the conditions of the available WhatsApp channel pricing.

  5. Click Save as draft — the channel with the status

    will be added to the general list.

  6. Copy the generated link and send it to the client so that they can fill in the necessary information in the form and register a WhatsApp Business account on Meta's side.

  7. Wait until the client completes the registration and the channel changes to the

    Under consideration
    status in edna Pulse.

All of the specified channel data will be available to you, and you will receive notifications about the registration process by email or in the Event Log Notifications section.

After successful registration, the channel will change to the status

Correct
— the channel is ready to send mailings.

How to Register WhatsApp Business Account

  1. Ensure that you meet the necessary requirements to register a WhatsApp Business account.

    Requirements for registering a WhatsApp Business account
    • You have a personal Facebook account.

    • You have created a business portfolio for your company.

    • You have a phone number to register a WhatsApp Business account. The number should not be linked to other WhatsApp accounts.

    • You can receive international calls or SMS messages to the specified number for verification.

    • Pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser.

  2. Follow the link you received from your provider.

  3. Specify the parameters that will be displayed in your company's WhatsApp Business profile and represent your account to customers:

    • Company logo — upload an image for your company logo in JPG or JPEG format and click Save. The minimum size is 400*400 px.

    • (Optional) WhatsApp account status — add additional information about the status of your WhatsApp Business account.

      For example, “Always available”.

    • (Optional) Company email address — enter your company's email address.

    • (Optional) Company address — enter the company address.

      To change these settings after connecting the channel, send a request to edna support.

  4. Click Continue with Facebook to open the WhatsApp Business account registration window.

  5. Follow the steps in the window that opens.
