WhatsApp Channel Information
The Name column contains additional information about the WhatsApp channel:
- Channel quality — can be high, medium or low.
- Daily limit — the amount of unique numbers to which a template message can be delivered.
WhatsApp Channel Statuses
Correct
The channel is ready to send broadcasts.
Warning
The channel quality has decreased and there is a risk that the daily limit will be decreased. An additional notification is displayed that violations have been recorded in the channel’s operation.
Limited
The channel’s daily limit has been reached.
Limited (WABA)
The use of the WhatsApp business account and any associated WhatsApp channels has been temporarily restricted by Meta due to a violation of WhatsApp rules. The time limit will be displayed in the WhatsApp channel information. To remove the restrictions, submit an appeal.
