How to Create a Cascade

Last updated: 1 June 2026
  1. Ensure that you have at least one channel connected with the Correct status.

  2. Go to the Cascades section and click Add cascade.

  3. Enter the cascade name.

    For example, “WhatsApp → Viber”.

  4. If necessary, check the message delivery time.

  5. Select the channel for the first cascade step from the Send a message via channel drop-down list.

    warning

The first step sends messages to the entire audience that will be included in the broadcast. You cannot delete the first cascade step because the cascade should consist of at least one step.

  6. Click Add step.

  7. Specify the cascade's TTL—the time period after which the cascade should proceed to the second step if the message is not delivered via the channel from the first step. If the message is not delivered by the end of the specified period, the cascade proceeds to the next step and the message is sent via a different channel.

    tip

The maximum value is 23 hours and 59 minutes.

    warning

In all channels except WhatsApp, when moving to the next step of the cascade, attempts to deliver the message via the channel from the previous step are stopped.

In addition to the TTL cascade, a default message TTL applies to each channel. This is taken into account if the channel is at the last step of the cascade or if the cascade consists of a single step with a single channel.

    Correct
    status.

  10. Click Save to add a cascade with the

    Correct
status to the general list in the Cascades section.
