Step 1. Prepare to Create a Broadcast

1. Connect at least one channel in your edna Pulse account and make sure that the channel status is Correct.

2. Create a cascade in your edna Pulse account.

3. If you plan to send a broadcast via WhatsApp, register an operator message template for WhatsApp.

4. If necessary, create or upload an audience with broadcast recipients. You can also select an audience directly when setting up a broadcast.

Step 2. Follow the Steps Below to set up your Broadcast

At any step, you can click Save to save a draft of your broadcast.

1. Specify the main settings for the broadcast.
