Last updated: 29 December 2025
info

The recipient is the customer to whom you will send messages in communication channels via your personal edna Pulse account or via the edna Pulse API.

tip

edna Pulse will automatically create a recipient card if a message is received from a recipient who is not in the audience.

Add a Single Recipient

  1. Go to the Audience section and click Add to database Add client.

  2. Please enter the recipient's mobile phone number with the country code.

Recipient phone numbers can be specified in one of the following formats: +X-YYY-ZZZ-ZZ-ZZ, +X YYY ZZZ ZZ ZZ, +XYYYZZZZZZZ, where +X is the international country code, YYY is the city or mobile operator code, and ZZZ-ZZ-ZZ is the subscriber number.

The number of characters in codes and subscriber numbers depends on the country and mobile operator.
