How to Add a Broadcast Recipient

A recipient is the client to whom you will send messages in the communication channels through your edna Pulse account or via the edna Pulse API.

1. Go to the Audience section in yout edna Pulse account.

2. Click Add to database → Add client.

3. Specify the recipient's mobile phone with the country code.

4. (Optional) Specify other personal data of the recipient — last name, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth.

   tip

   By default, all specified data becomes recipient variables. You can use these variables in broadcasts to personalize them.

5. (Optional) Assign tags to the recipient and add additional variables for them.

6. Click Save.

If you want to add multiple recipients at once, make a list of them and upload it to edna Pulse.
