How to Configure Tags
In your edna Pulse personal account, only tags in the Socio-demographic category are available by default.
To add your categories and subcategories to the tag tree, send a request to edna support.
How to Add a New Tag

Go to the Audience section.
tipFor your convenience, use the recipient search by phone number, ID, or name.

Click on any recipient's name or select Edit from the action menu.

Go to the User tags tab and click Assign tag → New tag .

Enter the tag name and select its category and (optionally) subcategory.

Click Add, now this tag can be assigned to recipients.
warningCreating a tag in a specific recipient's card doesn't automatically assign that tag to them.
How to Tag the Recipient
- Assign to one recipient

Go to the Audience section.

Click on any recipient's name or select Edit from the action menu.

Go to the User tags tab and click Assign tag → New tag to open the full list of categories and tags.

Click on the appropriate tag to assign it to the recipient.
tipAll tags assigned to the recipient are displayed at the top of the window in the Selected Tags row.

(Optional) Click the icon next to the tag name to delete it.

Click Continue if all the necessary tags have been added.

(Optional) Check the tags assigned in the recipient's profile:

Click Tag cloud to view tags in a general list.

Click Tag categories to view tags linked to categories.
infoThe recipient's profile also displays the default system tags.

Click Save to save the changes to the recipient's card.
Follow the instructions for uploading the file with the list of recipients. After uploading the file to your edna Pulse personal account, select the available tags from the drop-down list or click Add tag .
The selected tags will be automatically assigned to all recipients in the list.
If the number you are uploading has already been added to your edna Pulse personal account, the recipient's card with this number will be updated automatically.
How to Untag a Recipient

Go to the Audience section.

Click on any recipient's name or select Edit from the action menu.

Go to the User tags tab.

Click Tag cloud to view tags in a general list.
tipClick Tag categories instead of Tag cloud to view tags linked to categories. In this case, you need to select the corresponding category to display the desired tag.

Click the icon next to the tag name to delete it.

Click Save to save the changes to the recipient's card.
