How to View Final Report on Messages

1. Go to the Analytics → Summary report section in your edna Pulse account.

2. Select the required channel. Only channels with Active status are available.

3. Select the current month or one of the three previous months for which you want to view the report from the Period drop-down list.

4. Review the data that may be included in the final report depending on the selected channel.
