License


License Period

Possible license types that determine its validity period:

  • Monthly
    — valid for one calendar month and renewed on the first day of each month.
  • Annual
    — valid for 12 calendar months. Renewed on the first day of the month following the license expiration date.

License Validity Period

The calendar period during which the license is valid.

  1. Upon activation:

    • Monthly
      Number of days remaining until the end of the calendar month from the date of license activation.
    • Annual
      11 full months and the remaining days of the month in which the license was activated.
  2. Upon renewal:

    • Monthly
      Full calendar month from the date of license renewal from the first day of the month.
    • Annual
      12 full months starting from the first day of the month in which the license was renewed.

MAU/AMAU

Type

Possible conversation types:

  • Free entry points — conversations that are not charged.
  • Incoming — conversations that begin after messages are sent from clients.
  • Service — conversations that begin after sending service template messages of the UTILITY category.
  • Authentication — conversations that begin after sending service authentication messages of the AUTHENTICATION category.
  • Marketing — conversations that begin after sending service marketing messages of the MARKETING category.

Outgoing messages


Type

  • Chat messages — messages sent without a template.

The number of messages that were sent and delivered.

Read

The number of messages that were sent, delivered, and read.

Not delivered

The number of messages that were sent but not delivered.
