How to Get Started on edna Pulse After Registering Through Your Manager

Registering with edna Pulse​

  1. On the edna website, fill out the form with your name, email address, phone number, country, and company name, then click Submit. edna.io

    By clicking Submit, you consent to the processing of your personal data and agree to receive feedback, product notifications, and special offers from edna.

  2. Wait for your request to be processed. After that, an edna account manager will reach out to you to discuss the terms and provide a link and login credentials for your first login to your personal account.

Log in to your account​

  1. Click on the link you received.

    tip

    The link is valid for 72 hours from the time it was sent.

  2. Enter the username you received and set a password to log in to your account.

  3. (Optional) Select your preferred interface language at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Confirm your password and click Log In.

Setting up your account​

  1. (Optional) If this is your first time logging into your edna Pulse account, fill out the welcome survey to help us improve the product.

  2. In the Home section Check pricing or go to the Profile → Company profile → License and pricing section.

  3. Review the pricing plans agreed upon with your edna account manager, and click Accept to activate them.

  4. Go to the Profile → Company profile → Company details section.

  5. Fill in the payment details and save your changes.
