The Broadcasts section contains a list of all broadcasts created, schedule, and sent in edna Pulse.

Step 1. Prepare to Create a Broadcast

📄️ Configuring Main Settings

1. Go to the Broadcasts section in your edna Pulse account and click Create broadcast.

📄️ Selecting Audience

} color="success" label="WhatsApp" variant="outlined" /> If you have at least one WhatsApp channel connected, when selecting the broadcast audience, the Exclude recipients who unsubscribed from broadcasts checkbox will be selected by default. We recommend that you leave it selected to reduce the risk of WhatsApp channels being blocked.

📄️ Configuring Content

1. Select the cascade based on which you want to launch the broadcast.

📄️ Checking a Broadcast

In this step, you can see the summary of the broadcast configuration and verify the settings all in one place. You can also edit them, if necessary, and correct any errors by clicking Edit next to the section name.

📄️ Reviewing Details

Broadcast details are available for all statuses except Draft and Scheduled.
