WhatsApp Business API Number Migration to edna

Last updated: 30 March 2026

Migrating a WhatsApp Business API number involves transferring it between Business Solution Providers (BSPs) while retaining the phone number. During the process, the number is unlinked from the current BSP and connected to edna via the embedded sign-up process for registering a WhatsApp Business account.
