Added support for new WhatsApp user identifiers:

  • BSUID (Business Scoped User ID);
  • Username;
  • Parent BSUID.

The feature is already available in edna Pulse for testing. The official release is scheduled for July 1, 2026.

Meta is continuing its phased rollout of the new identifiers. Until the rollout is complete, WhatsApp events may contain incomplete, inconsistent, or changing data.

Please keep this in mind when working with the new identifiers.

We will provide additional updates as the rollout progresses.
