Update WhatsApp BA
Added a new WhatsApp Business App channel. You can now connect your existing WhatsApp Business account to edna Pulse using Meta's WhatsApp Coexistence (CoEx) feature and use the same phone number in both the WhatsApp Business App and edna Pulse simultaneously. Your chat history is automatically synchronized between both platforms.
How to Connect a WhatsApp Business App Channel
Features:
- each WhatsApp Business App channel requires a separate license;
- messages are billed according to WhatsApp pricing;
- using the WhatsApp Business App is not billed by edna Pulse.
What's available after connecting WhatsApp BA
Main features
- sending messages via your edna Pulse account and via the edna Pulse API;
- rcreating and using message templates;
- sending broadcast messages;
- managing your audience;
- analytics, reporting, and channel status monitoring.
Automatic import of contacts and chat history
- importing chat history into the Analytics → Messages section;
- importing contacts from the WhatsApp Business App and creating recipients in the Audience section;
- assigning a service tag to imported contacts.

- outgoing scripts via your edna Pulse account and the edna Pulse API;
- one incoming script;
- support for sending text messages and attachments.
