Audience
📄️ How to Add a Broadcast Recipient
A recipient is the client to whom you will send messages in the communication channels through your edna Pulse account or via the edna Pulse API.
📄️ How to Edit the Recipient's Card
1. Go to the Audience section in your edna Pulse account.
📄️ Uploading a List of Clients
In addition to adding clients one by one, you can upload them in bulk in an XLSX file. This is the easiest and most efficient way to prepare an audience for your broadcasts.
📄️ Tag Types and Categories
When you create your audience (clients), you need to specify tags for them. A tag is a client’s attribute that you can define manually based on your information about this client for example, based on their gender or age, or based on whether this client is a part of an existing broadcast.
📄️ Creating and Assigning Tags
When you start using edna Pulse, you will have access to tags in the Socio-demographic category. Later, you will place your tags in this tree to describe your recipients.
📄️ Creating and Assigning Variables
Variables are attributes that allow you to structure and describe data about broadcast recipients. Using variables will help you personalize your broadcasts: address customers by name, mention products they use, and refer to their pets by name.
