How to Download Script Report

  1. Go to the Scripts section of your edna Pulse account and click Generate report.

  2. In the drop-down list, select one of the available scripts for which you want to run the report.

    Reports can only be downloaded for scripts with the Active, Stopped or Completed statuses.

  3. Click Generate report and wait for the report to be generated.

  4. Click To downloads to go to the Event log → Downloads section.

  5. Make sure that the report is generated in the Event log → Downloads section and click Download to download the report in .csv format.

Report Columns​

  • Date — the date on which the script block was triggered.
  • Phone — the recipient’s phone number for which the specified script condition was triggered.
  • Step ID — the unique identifier of the script step.
  • Type — the type of script step.
  • Subtype — the condition that was fulfilled in the script step.
  • Data — the data in the message.

Report Features​

  • The results of meeting the Button click and Incoming message received conditions are uploaded to each line of the report.
  • If the recipient has not finished the script, only some of the collected information is uploaded to the report.
  • If the recipient has completed one block several times, only the results of the last passage are uploaded to the report.
