Script Conditions

This article lists the conditions that can be added to the script chain as steps and configured according to the instructions provided.

Incoming Message Received​

  1. Select the Incoming message received condition so that the incoming message is a condition for proceeding to the next step in the script.
  2. Click Save.

Button Click​

  1. Select the Button click condition so that the client clicks one of the added buttons in the message as a condition to proceed to the next step in the script.
  2. Click Add button.
  3. Enter the name and code of the button, as in the WhatsApp message template.
  4. Add more buttons if necessary. The maximum number of buttons you can add is 10.
  5. Click Save.

Time Since Tag Was Assigned​

  1. Select the Time since tag was assigned condition so that the condition for proceeding to the next step in the script is that the selected tag is assigned to the recipient after the specified amount of time.
  2. Click Select tags from the tree.
  3. Select the required tags from the available categories.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Specify the amount of time that should elapse after all selected tags have been assigned for the condition to be considered met.
  6. Click Save.

Recipients With Tags​

  1. Select the Recipients with tags condition so that the condition for proceeding to the next step in the script is whether the recipient has the selected tags.

  2. Select the first group of recipients in the appropriate section and click Tag tree. Sections:

    Select the required tags from the available categories that are only assigned to the recipients you want to run the script for, and click Continue.

  3. If there is no matching tag in the list, click New tag in the required section and add the tag manually.

  4. If required, click Add another group to add additional groups of recipients.

  5. Click Save.
