Draft WhatsApp Viber
The template is edited in your edna Pulse account.
Pending registration WhatsApp Viber
The template is at the registration stage on the provider or operator side.
Active WhatsApp Viber
The template has been successfully registered with the provider or operator and is ready to send broadcasts from your personal edna Pulse account.
Rejected WhatsApp Viber
The template has been rejected by the provider or operator at the registration stage.

Paused WhatsApp
The use of the template has been suspended on the WhatsApp side due to negative customer feedback. The template will be temporarily unavailable for sending broadcasts within 3-6 hours from the time of suspension. Once suspended, the template may switch to the Active or Disabled status.
Disabled WhatsApp
The template has been disabled by the provider or operator due to negative customer feedback.

The template has been deleted from the user’s personal edna Pulse account.
