Jivo Module

The Jivo module allows you to:

Live Chat Software for Websites | JivoChat

• Receive messages from WhatsApp users in Jivo.

• Respond to messages from users in Jivo.

• See the broadcast text in Jivo when the user responds to the broadcast sent in edna Pulse.

  To enable this feature, send a request to edna support.

How to Connect a WhatsApp Channel to Jivo

1. Connect a WhatsApp channel in edna Pulse.

2. Register on the Jivo platform.

3. Go to the Integration → Available modules section in your edna Pulse account.

4. Click Enable in the Jivo module.

   warning

   The connection is only available if you have at least one active WhatsApp channel in edna Pulse.

5. Click Yes to confirm connecting all active WhatsApp channels to the Jivo platform.

   tip

   If you want to connect one channel, send a request to edna support.

6. Connect the WhatsApp channel to the Jivo platform.
