How to Sign Up for edna Pulse on Your Own and Get Started

Self-registration is available only to sole proprietors and legal entities.

Registering with edna Pulse​

  1. On the login page, click Sign up. app.edna.io

  2. Select the country where your company is registered.

  3. Enter the full name of the user who will be the account owner.

  4. Select the country code and enter the mobile phone number of the future account owner.

  5. Enter the email address where the registration confirmation link will be sent.

    tip

    If the email address you entered is already registered, use a different email address or log in to your existing personal account.

  6. Check the box next to I agree to the personal data processing policy.

  7. Check the box next to I agree to receive advertising messages from edna, company news, interesting case studies, and market trends if you want to receive news, special offers, and other promotional messages from the company.

  8. Enter the code from the image and click Continue.

    By clicking Continue, you agree to the terms of the user agreement.

Log in to your account​

  1. Click the link in the email sent to the address you provided.

    The registration confirmation link is valid for 24 hours.

    tip

    If the link has expired, enter the code from the image and click Resend to receive a new registration confirmation email.

  2. Set a password to log in to your account.

  3. (Optional) Select your interface language at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Confirm your password and click Log in.

Setting up your account​

  1. Select the tasks you plan to handle using edna Pulse, and click Continue:

    • Broadcasts — you plan to send bulk or personalized mailings to customers through connected channels.
    • ncoming messages — you want to process and manage correspondence regarding incoming messages from customers.
    • System integration — you plan to integrate a CRM, CDP, or other enterprise systems with edna Pulse.
    • Simple interface — you want to manage channels, broadcasts, and analytics in a single interface without additional integrations.

  2. In the Home section, follow the four steps to set up your personal account.

    Each subsequent step becomes available only after the previous one has been successfully completed.

    Step 1. Fill in company details​

    Step 2. Connect a communication channel

    To obtain licenses to add additional channels, contact edna support or use the online chat in the lower-right corner.

    Step 3. Pay for the license​

    Click Top up balance to go to the Profile → Company Profile → Payment → Balance replenishment tab and top up balance. File IconHow to Top Up Your Account Balance

    At this stage, you may see a negative balance on your account, for example, if licenses were automatically activated or channels were enabled during registration.     Step 4. (Optional) Connect integration​
