Auto payment with the Stripe payment system allows you to automatically add a specified amount of money to your account balance using a bank card.

Go to the activation of auto payment in one of two ways:
- In the Home section, click Top up → Activate auto payment.
- Go to the Profile → Company Profile → Payment → Balance replenishment tab and click Activate auto payment.

Set the minimum integer balance to be automatically replenished. The minimum value is 50 USD or EUR.
tipedna Pulse determines the required minimum balance for each account individually, based on all active licenses and the account currency.

Set the amount to replenish the minimum balance. The minimum value is 30 USD or EUR.

Click Apply to be redirected to the Stripe website.

In the window that opens, specify and save the details of the card you want to use for the auto payment, considering the auto payment requirements.
warningedna doesn't have access to the stored card for automatic payment — the data is stored only on the side of the bank and the payment gateway.
tipFor a successful auto payment, make sure the card you want to link is valid, unblocked, and has sufficient funds for the automatic debit. Your bank may also require you to confirm the payment.
If there are any payment issues, you’ll be notified by email and on the Notifications section of edna Pulse.
After each successful auto replenishment, an invoice is generated and a payment link is saved in edna Pulse. To download the invoice or the receipt, open the Profile → Company profile → Payment → Documents tab.

To change the auto payment amount, click Edit auto payment → Edit auto payment, set a new minimum integer balance a new amount to replenish the minimum balance, and save it.
tipThe new minimum balance can only be greater than the previous minimum balance.
infoIf the cost of licenses increases, for example, due to a change in the tariff or the addition of new channels, a notification will be displayed with a recommendation to increase the amount of the auto-payment.

To change your card for auto payment, click Edit auto payment → Edit card details → Change, enter the new card details on the Stripe website, and save it.

To disable auto payment, click Edit auto payment → Deactivate auto payment → Request deactivation to send a request to your personal manager to deactivate your auto payment, and wait for the manager to contact you.
You can top up your account balance from edna Pulse with a bank card using the Stripe payment system.

Go to the payment by card in one of two ways:
- In the Home section, click Top up → Pay by card.
- Go to the Profile → Company Profile → Payment → Balance replenishment tab and click Pay by card.

In the Pay by card with Stripe payment system window, enter the payment amount in your account currency and click Pay to proceed to payment.

(Optional) Activate the Save the card for future payments checkbox, so that you can select the saved card for future top-ups without having to go to the payment system website.
warningYou can only save one card in your edna Pulse account.
edna doesn't have access to the saved card — the data is stored only on the side of the bank and the payment gateway.

Enter your card details on the Stripe website and click Pay.

Return to your edna Pulse account.
The successful payment message will appear at the top of the page, the account balance will be updated, and a line will be added to your statement.
This payment method is not available to customers from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Georgia.

Go to the invoice generation in one of two ways:
- In the Home section, click Top up → Generate invoice.
- Go to the Profile → Company Profile → Payment → Balance replenishment tab and click Generate invoice.

Enter the amount you want to add to your balance.

Click Generate.
tipThe generated invoice is sent to the email address you provided when registering your edna Pulse personal account and is also displayed on the Profile → Company Profile → Payment → Documents tab.

(Optional) Save the document in PDF format in one of two ways:
- Click Download invoice.
- On the Profile → Company Profile → Payment → Documents tab, click Download .pdf for the required document.

Transfer funds to the account specified in the PDF document to top up your edna Pulse account balance.
infoSpecify the correct payment purpose — this will speed up the crediting of funds.
tipWhen crediting funds, take into account possible third-party commissions for transfers and currency exchange operations.
