How to Send a Broadcast to Customers or Businesses on WhatsApp

If the customer does not have the WhatsApp app installed, the message will not be delivered.- Go to CRM → Customers → Contacts or CRM → Customers → Companies.
- Filter customers or companies by the desired criteria, such as location or contact method.
- Select the desired customers from the list or check the For all → Confirm box at the bottom of the list.
- At the bottom of the list, click Send WhatsApp message.
- (Optional) If you have multiple accounts, click Settings and select the sender account.
- Select a template for sending messages to customers.
- (Optional) If the template contains variables, fill them in with information from the CRM or enter them manually.
- Click Send.
The status of the sent message is displayed in the list of items and in the timeline on the CRM card.
