How to Find the Right Conversation with a Customer

  1. To open the list of conversations in open channels and find a conversation with a specific customer or conversations from a specific time period, go to CRM → Customers → Contact center → Conversations.

  2. To open the list of chats with customers, go to Collaboration → Messenger → Chats.

    By default, an employee can only see their own chats.
