Connect a WhatsApp channel

To communicate with customers in Bitrix24, a WhatsApp channel connected via your edna Pulse account is used. Make sure you have an active channel or connect a new one.

Create and register a WhatsApp message template

Try not to include subject lines or media files—such templates are not supported in Bitrix24.

  1. Go to the Templates section in your edna Pulse account.

  2. Create a WhatsApp operator template.

  3. Submit the template for registration and wait until its status changes to Active.

Copy the WhatsApp channel ID

  1. Go to the Channels section of your edna Pulse account.

  2. Find the connected WhatsApp channel you want to use to communicate with customers in Bitrix24.

    Use only an active channel with the Correct status.

  3. Copy the ID of this channel, listed in the Subject ID column.

Copy the API key for integration with Bitrix24

  1. Go to the Integration SettingsMain Profile tab in your edna Pulse account.

  2. Click in the Your API Key section to copy the full API key.
