How to View Live Chat Statistics in Bitrix24

The availability of support ticket reports depends on your Bitrix24 plan. bitrix24.com

  1. Go to CRMCustomersContact centerConversation statistics, where reports are displayed as widgets.

  2. If this is your first time visiting, click Hide demo view to display widgets with your own statistics.

  3. (Optional) Click Filter, select a time period, and click Search. The current month is selected by default.

  4. (Optional) If you want to set different periods for reports, click Configure on the desired widget, select the appropriate period, and click Save.

    To configure additional widget settings, click Settings in the top-right corner of the widget.

  5. Review the pre-built reports that display key metrics: agent workload, response time, number of requests, and customer ratings.

  6. (Optional) Click Add widget, select one of the available options, or click Create report to add your own widget.
