How to Track Employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To evaluate employee performance based on specific metrics, configure the KPI section in open channel.

  1. Go to the Tasks and projectsPerformance section, where reports are displayed as widgets.

  2. (Optional) Click Filter, select a time period, and click Search. The current month is selected by default.

  3. Review the data in the widgets for the selected period.

  4. (Optional) Click Create task, fill it out, and click Create.

    tip

    Adding a new task will increase the number of tasks in progress and improve performance.

    warning

    Tasks that an employee assigns to themselves are not taken into account when evaluating performance.

Deadline compliance rate

Overall performance percentage for all employees. Click How does it work to open the Bitrix24 documentation.

To evaluate an employee’s performance over a specific period, go to Tasks and projectsMoreReports and generate a performance report.

Tasks in progress

Total number of active and completed tasks.

Completed tasks

Total number of tasks completed so far.

Overdue tasks

Total number of tasks with missed deadlines. If a task is overdue twice, it will have two notes. Click More to open the list of overdue tasks.

If a task was assigned after the deadline, no remark will appear and the efficiency rating will not decrease.
