The Broadcasts section contains a list of all broadcasts created, schedule, and sent in edna Pulse.

Step 1. Prepare to Create a Broadcast

📄️ How to Configure the Main Broadcast Settings

1. Go to the Broadcasts section in your edna Pulse account and click Create broadcast.

📄️ How to Select Broadcast Audience

In this step, you configure who receives the broadcast. To add the audience or exclude it from the broadcast, you will use tags.

📄️ How to Configure Broadcast Content

1. Select the cascade based on which you want to launch the broadcast.

📄️ How to Check Broadcast

In this step, you can see the summary of the broadcast configuration and verify the settings all in one place. You can also edit them, if necessary, and correct any errors by clicking Edit next to the section name.

📄️ How to Review Broadcast Details

Broadcast details are available for all statuses except Draft and Scheduled.
