The /api/cascade/schedule method is used to send messages to WhatsApp and Viber channels.

To send messages to the WhatsApp channel by the template ID templateId, the /api/v2/out-messages/whatsapp/template method is used.

To send messages to the WhatsApp channel by the template ID templateId, the /api/v1/out-messages/whatsapp/template method is used.

📄️ Message Read Confirmation

By default, all incoming messages from clients are marked as read. This status is transmitted to the client, who believes that his message has been read and is waiting for a response, even if you have not read his message yet.
